I'm guessing Chungy at Stoke isn't long enough?

That was the first one that popped into my head. What a great goal!

Punch against Norwich was outside the box! Not far enough?

Or are we talking thundercracks rather than curlers?

Gayle last minute against Villa? (Chugy was more recent)

Doris against Liverpool. I'll never forget it!.

Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticise them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Yogi bear Hughes. Greatest palace goal ever. 5-1 v sheff Utd. In the 70's. Can't ever be done again cos the balls were different then.

Townsend v Stoke was a nice effort from outside the box? Not really a thunderbolt, but then even Lee's goal against Stoke was a side foot finish that was more placement than power.

Inside the box, but Wilf against Hull and Wickham against WBA away (last season) were both screamers.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

I remember a freekick against Leeds when, I think his name was Taylor, he was about 40 yards out and was obviously lining up a shot at goal. The Leeds players were laughing at this but weren't a few minutes later when their goalie was picking up the ball from the back of the net.
