Help needed before 3pm tomorrow!

Hi all! Just returned today to the UK after 28 years in the USA. Used to watching every minute of every Palace game live on NBC Sports Live Extra. Sadly it seems to be difficult to do the same in England and I'm struggling to find out how I can watch tomorrow's game with West Brom live. Can anyone help me with this??!

I'm interested to know how safe it is to use some of these sports streaming channels. Are some safer from ads, viruses etc than others? Can anybody give some good/bad recommendations as what ones are best to use or avoid? The ones above look better than some links I have seen on here in the past.

Thanks Simonmdt. Though I also am concerned not to get ripped off etc. Do you use one or more of these live streaming sites? And if so which sites do you recommend. I want truly free and also safe.

I always use cric tv. Sometimes it's a bit crap I have to keep flitting around between channels. but have had no other problems. I have several windows open. So I can mess about without missing too much.

First Row Sports works for me every time. Find the Palace match and select link 2. Link 2 always seems to be the NBC coverage. It's not HD but good enough for me.
