The time has come to turn the corner or bend over and take it in the collective clacker for this season. This article says it all for me: [Link] Palace, everybody, the supporters the club and the team, need to dump whining, butt-hurt, negativity and rally for a united attack against Middlesbrough from the seats to the pitch. I think the way to avoid defensive dithering is to focus on attacking their goal. The team, under Pardew, just were never used to thinking defensively, and now they've been forced to, they find it confusing. Tell them to outscore their opponents - the defense will naturally allign to this objective. Play Remy with Benteke to encourage the whole team to get the ball forward. Play Townsend and Zaha for the same affect. Tell them all to unleash hell - and when the supporters see this intent - they'll do likewise. Our season surely hangs on this game. Even a loss - if played with courage and intent - will go a long way to remedying a negative mindset and give hope for the rest of the season. It's time to GO FOR IT. [Link]

Change this to: Our season hangs on not whether we won or lose this game - but how we play it.

No excuses tomorrow. A good break due to the cup. On paper a blinding palace side. Sam has now had some time with his signings. My friend(who I regard as pretty level headed as long as its non Chelsea stuff) reckons the scouse defender Sakho will be the bizo for us(I hope he's right) the serb midfielder too. Also the 2 week break has given supporters a chance to reflect & be realistic. Basically 'normal service has been resumed' its Palace. Its a relegation battle The rollercoaster has begun again Hold on tight, they are heartbreakers & heroes, but what'll be? Kids,tired of being bothered by your pesky parents? Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.
