If 40pts is again the requirement we need 21pts from 14 games. 6 wins + 3 draws or 5 wins + 6 draws. So we'll have to start winning our home games: then hope we can get something from games at: as the other 4 are at: Starting to think we've had it.

Really don't think anyone will need anything near 40pts this season (thankfully)
There's a bloke down my road who walks round in a Tesco's carrier bag. Turns out he is a brighton faggot. |

You do realise of course we just lost 0-4 to a pile of s*** at the weekend and only have seven points at home all season. Yeah of course we've got gimmes like Hull and Burnley just like Swansea and Sunderland were. I've renewed for next year already but really let's not kid ourselves we will be watching the diving cheating time wasting superstars from Man City in the league.

Last season after 24 games the bottom three were:- Norwich had 23pts. relegated This season after 24 games the bottom team are:- So apart from the bottom club there isn't much difference between both seasons. At the end of last season the bottom three were:- Sunderland 39pts (finished in 17th place)
The pyramid to beat all pyramids!! Find out what team is in which division, eg which division is Coppull United in? |

Realistically, I think 34 pts will be enough for survival. Sadly, I don't think we're going to get them. I'm resigned to relegation after Saturday. I know we football fans are fickle and emotional after such results, but you look at the bounce Swansea and Hull have had from their new managers while we have clearly got worse. Our hope is that Leicester and Bournemouth collapse but even that probably won't save us. Sadly, I think our gamble on big name, expensive players has not worked out and the chickens will come home to roost. We lack a proper philosophy. This season is was just buy a 30m striker and hit long balls to him. Not good enough. We'll need a few years to come recover from the last 14 months of dross and it will be expensive. But come back we will.
...we must expand...get more pupils...so that the knowledge will spread... |
