Just caught this on the bbc sports gossip page. I wonder just how true it is, 3 players and a manager from us in that list.
Clinton is Clinton. I have known him for a long time, I know his mother... Simon Jordan |

Because Wilf just looks like he'd get that ripped from being lazy in the gym. Wilf's probably the fittest player in our team.

I can believe that Wilf may have been lazier, back in the day, but it's fair for all to see he is putting the graft in.
This was once a quality forum.... |

Is this really that much of a surprise to anyone. Most people know or have heard about most of these players. But I must say, I was a little bit surprised at the Wilf comment. As somebody already said, the man says it as he sees it.

Unless I am mistaken, the whole article is about those players' attitude to the gym. There is no reference to their attitude in training or inference that they were unfit. Gym work is not compulsory and only obligatory as part of any physio convalescence. Still not impressed by Brede's need to spout such 'secrets'.

I can certainly believe it of Adebayor but it begs the question as to how much training Hangelaand was doing whilst he was watching all these players not training.
Babs and Clean Willie were in love they said.... |

He actually says that they avoided the gymn or didnt lift weights. Doesnt mean they are lazy. Some prefer to run their nuts off and do more cardio than lifting weights.
