Going against what I thought should be done for first game, ie youth and reserve's. I would now pick my strongest 11, the one which I would play against Everton, and hope and pray for a clean sheet and morale boosting win. We got to get that winning feeling back and build on a positive result.

Just when I thought that I was out...........they pull me back in

A draw that goes to penalties where we get knocked out hopefully.
I love the cup but it's a distraction we don't want this season.

We got to go for the win. A defeat at home to a league one side will just add fuel to the fire.

Let it add fuel to the fire.

I've always been of the belief that I'd rather see us win the cup and get relegated but not this season.
And if we do win then look who we face next round!
Whether they got mullered today or not it's another game with the chance of injuries to an already injury prone squad.

Let's win the cup next season.

We have zero chance of winning the cup, for me the win is about confidence

We'll get confidence against a league one side and then probably lose it against one of the best sides in the country. And get some more injuries along the way.

Get confidence by winning a game that matters to us.
The next league game.

Hopefully Speroni will start again and deliver the convincing performance to oust Hennessey as first choice keeper.
