No one likes them.

But, should we care?

Millwall could lose their ground, thanks to Lewisham Council. They might even go out of existence.

Personally, I would do something to support their struggle to stay in existence. If anyone asked me. I think fans should stick together

What do you think?

Am I a lunatic?

If you've got a season ticket at palace at the minute you're probably considered one like the rest of us.

Agree with the notion though, I'd help (if I could).

As much as i dislike Millwall and their scummy fans, no club should be allowed to disappear from existence.
Remember where we were not so long ago.......

There's a bloke down my road who walks round in a Tesco's carrier bag. Turns out he is a brighton faggot.

Their ground is NOT at risk. They were unable to purchase some land adjacent to their ground at a favourable price, that they had been renting from the council. That is all and they are putting the 'losing their ground' spin on this to gain sympathy. This has already been discussed at length in the appropriate forum, Football Talk:

Er, no. The only reason to help those scum is to keep them all bottled up in one foul location.

Anyway this is total bullsh*t story raised by some chancers looking to milk real estate values.

Certainly not...did they help us in our hour of need ?

I can think of plenty more things worthy of saving ahead of Millwall Football Club.

If they were in danger of going out of business yes. Nothing would be sweeter than knowing their existence was dependent on us. But they're not.

Sounds like a load of old guff to me. Have you seen where their ground is located? If Lewisham built flats on that land they would have difficulty encouraging Syrian refugees to take up occupation there.

Thanks for that

I didn't realise it was a fake news story!

Who wrote it, Johan Hari?

(Hari was a columnist for years on The Independent until one day someone started checking all his columns and it turned out that the ones that weren't plagiarised were made up.)

Sorry lads but if you have money to spare... send it to the following charity...

[Link]

Retired Greyhounds Trust

This registered charity kennels and re-homes ex-racing greyhounds that would otherwise be put down after racing or before if injured on the track..

They deserve more pity and help than some scummy knuckle dragging Millwall fan, or the vile Danny Baker - who actually wished cancer upon every council official involved in this furore!

I support the RGT financially and have re-homed 5 ex-racers myself over the years... here's my latest "project" Milo... a bit of a character!

PLease visit their website and help!
