Hull City changed manager a couple of days ago (Silva) who has already brought in his own assistants. When is Sam Allardyce going to do the same? Any news on that? Although Keith Millen seems a nice guy, I think the squad need a lot rougher approach during the training sessions to get out of this mess than Millen & Woodward provides...

Was thinking the same thing. Maybe Allardyce wanted to settle first & take a good look at the current group & decide who needs replacing?

Sam is being smart
You need personal honest Info re the group you have
before you can get the most out of them
Like it or not because of financial fair play and contracts we need to work with most of the players we have who are on the whole good players
Keith Millen has a good bond with all the staff his honest and has a great deal of integrity and professionalism he above all needs to remain

I'm sure sam like anyone would will bring his own preferred people really very soon

Neil McDonald, who was assistant manager at Hull before he was sacked this week, was assistant to Allerdyce at Bolton and West Ham so is a possible replacement for Millen.

I am sure BFS is giving his full attention to the transfer window right now. He needs more players in before worrying too much about how to coach them

Yeah, agreed. He's quite portly too.

We need Fat Sam, Chubby Sammy, Fat Andy retained as goalie coach, Jo Brand, huge Palace fan in more ways than one, to lead and appoint her own Crystals, and Neil Shipperly re-signed to put some gut back into the attack.
