SP said in his HOL Radio interview that Remy was expected to take some part. I'd be very surprised if Speroni doesn't play. I believe that SA has indicated that he will be resting the first choice players so it will be quite a different line up.

With our injury list we only have about 14 fit first-team players available, so if we are going to rest players then the youngsters are going to have to step up.

If Fryers is fit then I'd go with something like:

Speroni

Ward Kelly Delaney Fryers

Ledley Mutch

Townsend Lee Kai Kai

Campbell

Townsend needs to get some confidence back and Lee needs some game time. If Ledley isn't fit then maybe bring in Phillips (although aside from reading that he's a midfielder I know nothing about him). I wouldn't play any of the youngsters in defence just because I wouldn't want to see their career ruined at such a young age

Hopefully we'll also get to see 30 minutes or so from the elusive Remy.

Big Sam said wholesale changes for Bolton, I'd like to see Kaikai involved after his recall. I'd like to see Speroni play a game for once, Remy to get some minutes would be a lift to everyone.
