Hennesey Cabaye Punch I predict a 1-0 win with a puncheon strike.

Agreed, on the proviso that McArthur is the furthest forward of the 3 central midfielders. Originally posted by Jules111

Kelly - Dann - Delaney - Ward Zaha - Cabaye - Flamini - Puncheon McArthur Benteke Flamini had a tight groin, hopefully he can play tomorrow. But as Chelsea play a 3-4-3, (A formation we've struggled against under Pardew), then i could see us playing something more like: Kelly - Dann - Delaney Ward - Cabaye - McArthur - Puncheon - Fryers Zaha - Benteke We played 3 at the back vs Hull for a bit, not saying it worked but Chelsea's threat does need to be considered. Also we need at least 2 up front because against 3 cb's Benteke's not winning anything.

Everton tried to match them for shape and got torn to shreds. I'd go for a narrow 4-4-2 as we did against United, with the hard working wide men tracking their wing backs, and the two strikers keeping their back 3 occupied and with little time on the ball. Kelly -------- Dann ----------- Delaney ------ Ward Zaha --------- Cabaye -------- Ledley ------ Punch McArthur---------- -----------Benteke

Hopefully the same set-up as the Utd game, with Puncheon in for Lee. Wouldn't be surprised to see Pardew do something mental like go 3-5-2 with Fryers and Ward wing-backs and Wilf up front again.

Well the defence and forwards pick themselves as we don't have anybody else fit to play. Only area where we have options is midfield

I would have preferred Flamini instead of Ledley but I've just seen Flamini is out with a groin strain.

This but with Fryers at Left Back. There are lots of reasons why we are shipping goals and losing games at the mo. The biggest reason (IMO) is Martin Kelly. The lad is just not up to it I'm afraid.
