These are undeniable facts and are a sad testimony of AP's performance as a manager. He can offer all the excuses under the Sun but the evidence is here for all to see.
For all those on here in denial and especially you Inapickle the buck stops with the manager no one else, he is paid to produce performance in line with his brief from the board and I am sure that doesn't correspond with our results in 2016.
I am astonished that he still has a job and he must have one hell of a relationship with SP to have kept it this long. I can think of no other club who would have persevered.
There is no light at the end of the tunnel and his comments regarding clean sheets not being his priority (or words to this effect) defy belief.
Alan - conceding goals loses you games and latterly 5 in a row and you just don't seem to get it with the same keystone kop errors being made week after week. This is your responsibility!
However close the relationship is between SP and AP, business is business and whatever spin is put on it, our form in 2016 if left the same will result in relegation and the board know that.
He has had his chance and now should be sacked with Millen as interim (again) whilst we recruit and hopefully this us already going on.

I can't argue with a single word of that. The mistake that Parish and co. made was not sacking Pardew straight after the FA Cup final, when we'd have had plenty of time to appoint someone who could have influenced the transfer window and had the pre-season to stamp his mark on the team. We're now in a bit of a cleft stick with apparently limited options, unless we stop appointing ex-players, ex-managers and those that have been on the managerial merry-go-round for donkey's years and go totally off piste.

You must admire the board's patience with Alan P, but some time things simply don't work out. Likewise with a true Palace legend (Peter Taylor) and this year (2016) for the man who sent us to Wembely at Villa Park...

He needs to go quick, easy decision, just look at the record. Who do we replace him with, KM can do his usual caretakers bit, will probably be better than AP anyway, there has to something better out there!

Any of the 91 other managers who have a better record in 2016 would be an improvement!

Interesting to see how many of the clubs at the bottom with us in that table have changed manager in the year ? Would be surprised most if not all in the bottom 10 apart from us have had a change.

The only reason he still has a job this year is due to where we were sitting at the beginning of the year. Needed 10 points or so to survive. Team needs to produce in the next 6 games as we are now periously close to being where we were at the beginning of Pards reign.

Just seen Gayle score another great goal for Newcastle, now leading scorer in championship, AP did not like him, so sold him, below his true value and spent 32mil on replacement just another example of his poor decision making to go with his performance record as the worst manager by results out of 92 league clubs. if he had any respect for our club he would resign and go away acknowledging he is just not up to the job!

You mean the Dwight Gayle who scored 3 in 16 last season in the league? We got 10m for him. That's about right for a 1 in 4 striker in the prem.

The bit in bold is the key.

By the way we don't have trouble scoring goals now, which we did when Dwight was here. We have trouble not conceding. So, keeping him would have solved precisely nothing.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.
