Townsend's and Zaha as wingbacks, really? Yeah... why not? Zaha had been great defensively this season !!

My thought for the day is as mad as anything I have ever thought of before but came to me at the end of yesterday's game. Keep 4-5-1 (or whatever we call it) and play Sako as left back. Sure he only had a few minutes but he at least tackled Sterling, came away with the ball and started a forward move - considerably more than Kelly did in all his time on the pitch save for make Sterling look world class! It is a stupid suggestion but right now we need to try something, anything, no matter how off the wall it may seem..........and those things should not include Kelly or Fryers. In truth we really have little to lose by giving it a go. Edited by james03 (20 Nov 2016 6.59am)

Been thinking, as you do and maybe it is worth a try? How about, Yes unfortunate for Wickham, but Wilf is on form and with freedom could be even more dangerous. Edited by Dangermouse (20 Nov 2016 2.21pm)
