With Lee performing so poorly against Liverpool, Townsend possibly having a bust up with Pardew and Sako being...well...Sako, I'm maybe thinking we should give Kaikai a run in the team. Granted I don't know how well he's been doing for Brentford, or if he's prem quality yet, but he seemed to do well at the end of last season against Southampton - if he can keep crossing like he did, he could be a real asset. I dunno, what do you guys think?

Steady on. However if AP is going to be a pussy and not take fare criticism then maybe he is the answer.

Is this the same Kaikai who's not even getting into the Brentford first team at the moment?

He's not ready for premiership football. Besides, Pardew dropped Townsend as he's been playing poorly. If he starts performing again, he'll get back in the team.

Where do you get this idea that Kelly is a central defender as he has only played in that position once or twice playing for Liverpool (and England) as a full back

Don't think Kelly is a CB he has almost exclusively played RB his entire career he started as a CB as a youth but apart from a couple of apps here and there he has been a fullback. Fryers isn't the answer. He isn't good enough. We need to buy in Jan. Kaikai needs to break in to the Brentford fold before he can be considered for us. He has the busy Xmas period coming up where he will hopefully get a run before we get him back in Jan.

I'm all for kaikai getting a chance but there must be a reason why he can't nail down a first team spot for Brentford?
