I'm assuming as most people would that when a post is made regarding the performance of a player good or bad that they've actually been to the game.this assumption cannot be true however as the posts regarding cabaye yesterday are so negative.yes of course he hasn't delivered for what ever reason in recent times but at Leicester he from kick off to full time which I watched every second looking at the pitch not looking at the home fans or in the the bar/toilet etc Johan was an inspiration showing great quality and never stopped running for the cause,a great positive come on palace

I wasn't at the match but Cabaye and the rest of the midfield were still slow, inflexible and predictable.

Frustratingly in 2016 we've been "In" practically every match we've played in, but the results have been awful. No matter how well we seem to play you're just waiting for the inevitable to happen and being inevitable it does. We seem to be so very, very close to being an established team. Predictably it is almost always a self inflicted wound that undoes us, due to poor technique or more regularly poor concentration, switching off.

I wasn't at the Leicester game and a lot of people seem to be criticising Cabaye.

He did play quite well - but he really is not delivering as many goals as he should. Maybe that's the reason why some people don't rate him.

I'm sick and tired of the same old criticism after a defeat. We actually had 55% of the possession and controlled large parts of the game. You get the usual suspects, one of them constantly says exactly the same thing after each defeat like 'what do you expect with only 25% possession' and things like 'we cannot find our own players'!!! That is totally unfair. It is like he still thinks we are managed by Pulis!!!! If anyone saw Danny Murphy talking about Okazaki closing us down, the analysis clips actually showed us having long periods of keeping the ball. Look at the link below and get your facts right before posting crap comments all the time

Good post GM but you don't need to shout!
Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticise them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes. |

I was at the game and also spent some minutes just watching Cabaye. He did play quite well. I hope that helps.

I wasn't at the game, nor did I watch it on TV or watch any of the highlights. However, don't pick on Cabaye just because he's black.

I have slagged Cabaye off alot these past 10 months or so, but his most recent performance against Leicester was of a different caliber.
