We would be mad to not at least make a bid for him. If the club or the player turns it down for whatever reason, then so be it.

However Man City want Stones and Bony is the carrot they have offered Everton. Chlesea want Lukaku and are offering Begovic and Remy as bait. So which striker do Everton want? City want rid of Bony and have dropped his price from around 25 million to 13 million. At around £25 million Benteke and Berahinho were better options. At 13 million we should have a go and see if he fancies the move.
