His ex made a spurious assault claim (no injuries) three days after she failed to have him banned from the large family home he paid for and is in his name. They are divorcing and an assault conviction would have been extremely damaging for him in those proceedings. Good to see justice done.

They could be interpreted as (indirect) harassment of the woman concerned. In my opinion, they should have no place on this forum.
