Is anyone going to this or has anyone been to the bromley ground previously. Thinking of taking my mum as she wants to see palace live so to speak (hasn't been to selhurst in years) she has really bad arthritis and her mobility is very limited not in a wheel chair but uses a stick and cannot stand for more than 5 mins. Is there much walking from the car park to her seat so to speak and are there lots of stairs to negotiate.

Any feedback welcomed. Thanks

About a minutes walk and no stairs except up to your seat in a single stand of about 100, so get there early for a good parking space and seat.

Brilliant. So you enter at pitch level and walk up to take your seat. Would need to get her near the front so when everyone stands she can still see. Many thanks x

The main ground car park gets packed early too as there's less than a hundred spaces I'd say. They usually get a portion of the next door's leisure centre parking otherwise it's street parking.

Basically to get a decent seat and car parking spot, get their early.

Its easy to get to and plenty of parking in the surrounding streets. Don't expect the full first team to play though. Its normally the reserves plus a few extras. Although some of the first team come along. Last year Barry Bannan was beside us.
From memory, last year's team included Sully Kaikai, Keishi Anderson, Reiss Alessani, Jerome B-W, Ryan Innis etc. Its good to see the players that might figure the following season.

Patrick Bamford's only goals were scored in this fixture last year.

i'd give the club (Bromley) a call, they may be able to sort something out for you? From memory, there are very limited seats.

Kent675 is right, usually they play a 'Palace XI' which is usually youngsters and reserves, although last year Pardew decided to play a lot of the first team which included Gayle and Zaha.

Can anyone please tell me when this game is? Could be a good chance to grab some autographs?

Trivial fact - Palace used to win 5-1 at least once a season, maybe next season?

Does anyone have a ST member ID they are not going to use so that I can get tickets in phase 1 or, at a push, phase 2?

Surely there's not going to be phases for a pre-season friendly against a non-league club? Especially as few of the first team will be there

Last season it was pay at the gate (discount for ST holders) and true ground wasn't even half full
