Not really a suggestion, just wondering if he'd actually be a good purchase. On the one hand he's past it and has come across as an absolute cunit at villa. On the other he won't want his career to end on a whimper.

**** no. And tweeting pictures of the new car he's purchased within an hour or 2 of another home defeat doesn't give him much appeal to anyone on his wages. We should always steer clear of these unimaginative transfers the likes of Harry Redknapp go for. Do the homework on their character, fitness etc.

If we are scrabbling around to sign this type of player at the end of the transfer window then we would be in serious trouble let alone signing him earlier. A big no from me.
