Didn't he have a shocking tackle on someone when on loan from Chelsea back in our championship days? Straight red. Think he was at Birmingham

Looks really good (pace, freekick taking, passing) whenever i've seen him. Not sure about his defensive qualities, though?

He's always managed to shackle Wilf whenever we've played them

Very good signing IMO, but I'm no scout

Defensively he is very suspect. Always has been and while he can track back and make a tackle he is often caught out of position due to his attacking play. Going forward he is good, if not very consistent. Had that patch recently where he scored in 3 consecutive games or something? My Sunderland supporting mate gets very frustrated with him

seem to remember him coping with zaha very well when we played them this season.

if we got him for 3m would be a very solid signing.

I'm liking all the rumours at the moment.

Him
Iorfa from wolves
Shane Duffy
Bradley Dack

A winger and a striker and I will be very pleased with that lot.

Personally I don't think we should be trying to fill the squad with a load of untested players. We need quality, proven players which have a far better chance of improving the squad. JMac had a number of seasons with Wigan and Cabaye's pedigree speaks for itself. Mutch, Lee and Sakho have played less and have as yet failed to produce as much. I know there are exceptions to the rule but the percentages are against them.

For £3m this would be a perfect signing. We need another left back and he'd be cheap and effective. Healthy competition for Souare.

I am really undecided with this transfer. Is Van Aanholt better than Pape Souare? No. Will Van aanholt get any game time. No. He will most likely not play but maybe if they signed someone that's younger and at a Championship or a League One team when the Left Back is 19 years old. Then he will develop and train with players better which will help him then when Souare gets older then we can play a great new exciting Left Back.

Maybe it's just that I've seen games where he's played well but PVA has been outstanding every time I've seen him. Didn't even cross my mind he'd be thinking about us. Thought he'd be going top 4

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

Mr Fenandes Flag 30 Apr 16 11.01am Send a Private Message to Mr Fenandes Add Mr Fenandes as a friend

Good player but a filthy animal. Every game I've seen him play in he's involved in some kind of controversial, reckless challenge. So he and Souré can cover for each other during their respective bans.
