Greenwich teenager James Archie Clark denies using threatening behavior at Crystal Palace match with Charlton Edited by regal_eagle (17 Dec 2015 5.05pm) Having been subject to a football banning order and two subsequent court appearances as a youngster, I was ordered to report into Penge police station every time Palace played until I went to court, his solicitor is doing him no favours with this. Also shouldn't that be 'alleged offence' if he is pleading not guilty ?? His solicitor has just tucked him up big time in that third paragraph But his solicitor Steven Evans applied to have this condition lifted, on the grounds that it had “severely impacted” on his client’s social life. Mr Evans said: “He was a young man of 17 when this allegedly took place. His social life is football, and he’s a young man – that’s what young men do. “He has since this offence been prevented from going to any football matches, which has severely impacted on his social life. He’s now looking at missing the whole Christmas period, which is the most exciting time for any football fan.

Edited by The Sash (18 Dec 2015 1.41pm) Its amazing the lengths they'll go to, so as to avoid actually having to go to watch games. That Criminal Record is going to hamper his career, childrens parties are 60% of his business (and sex life).

Edited by The Sash (18 Dec 2015 1.41pm) Good catch. You could be a solicitor or barrister. I guess he felt that since he said "...allegedly took place..." he didn't have to say it again. He also might be using "offence" to mean "arrest." IMHO the judge was doing this poor soul a favor as Clowns look certain for the chop. Edited by kenbarr (19 Apr 2016 6.10am)

Maybe this is the first case in history where the defendant avoids jail, but 11+ other men, not connected to the case, go down!!

A second Pathetic Clown in the dock charged with attacking Kayla. Any thoughts on possible sentences? Disclaimer: All Clowns described here are presumed innocent until proven guilty, as one H. Rumpole Barrister At Law might say.
