Think yesterday epitomised what we need in January.

We have to find a left back willing to be back up to Souare. Hangeland is not the answer for cover of Delaney or Dann on a long term basis and Delaney is not getting any younger. Dealaney should now be the cover and we need to find a new partner for Dann.

And then we come to the striker problem. Think we need two in. One to cover/compete with Wickham and a pacey and striker with flair so we have that option to go 2 up front. The only player I'd be ok about losing is Campbell.

Once fit he will be the NEW signing .Hopefully we will see him before January.

A holiday in the sun

Not sure spending money is the answer. Start getting into a situation when we start putting the clubs financial health at risk

consilidate, and hope our strikers can get themselves fit. Theres no need to panic.

Johnny will return

Totally agree. I just wonder where we are going to be in the league come January.
Maybe play Sako at centre forward! We've tried everyone else!

sell gayle for a few million.

buy remy.

that will leave chamakh and Wickham as back up stickers to remy. hopefully by that time the first two won't be constantly injured and will provide good competition.

and yes. a second left footed left back to back up soure.

I think we should sign Remy as he would fit in well with the system Pardew is setting Palace up to play and is a proven Goalscorer, and with support from Wickham or Chamakh would improve or Goals For column.!!!

I am looking forward to seeing Wickham and Chamakh playing together think they would form a good partnership, and have Gayle as an injection of pace when required.(Unil we get Remy!!).

I like Delaney and Hangeland but wouldn't mind getting a young centre back who could learn from Delaney and Hangeland, maybe someone on loan like Zuma, but wait a minute we have a Centre back at Palace- Martin Kelly I would out him alongside Scott Dann.

My friend is a Liverpool fan and he said that Centre Back is Kelly's ideal position, see if Alan Pardew will try the Kelly and Dann partnership out ?

Recall Kaikai. A good young striker who is knocking them in in League 1. Ok, it's not the Premiership but if you have the goal scoring habit, it can transfer - just look at Jamie Vardy.

IMO since promotion we have signed enough players.
Alan needs to work with what we have.
We have shed loads of players and Alan has signed several that are not contributing at the moment.
Play Bamford before we sign the likes of REMY.

I've seen no evidence of that from the Championship's Player of the Year, not even against Shrewsbury and even Gayle is not exactly prolific at this level; I'm not sure it's a theory that holds any water.

Neither Campbell or Gayle are particularly suited to The Premiership with the former especially the case. Cash in as much as we can and aim for Remy and prepare KaiKai for a chance in First XI - at least he can hit a barn door!
