it's not free speech that's gone - it's privacy. nonetheless, you say or do something stupid, there is now reaction. he's a guy tied to a product: that product doesn't align with what he said. if it was your company, would you want to fight the contract to get out of it or the ability to cut ties with something your customers don't like?
