Trivial fact - Palace used to win 5-1 at least once a season, maybe next season?

Just watched on TV, he said "there's nothing that says you can use it (the socket) but nothing to say you can't"

Nope, just a sticker saying not for public use

I once worked with a man who regularly charged his electric toothbrush at work

I would think that the electricity is charged Free as the train would generate its own power...

It would only ever have been an offence if there was an element of dishonesty.

A bunch of thick jobsworth's.

Imagine running that sh#t in front of a Croydon Jury?!

Was there a sticker on that train though? Maybe someone removed it? It's only a sticker after all.

He clearly had an attitude and that's what got him arrested. He was quite proud of having told the old bill what he thought of them.

And I'm not being funny, but everyone knows those plug sockets aren't for public use. Arrested is a bit OTT I'll admit, but he knew... He was still using their power. Wouldn't be alright for me to steal my neighbour's!

He didn't steal it, he abstracted it

If you charge your phone from the mains it costs about 1p to charge it for an hour. This bloke was charging it for a few minutes.

It's unlikely but it could damage his phone but that would have been his own fault.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Should ban all phones, computers, mp3s, kindles and other electronic devices and only allow people to read the Daily Telegraph. (That's how I remember it when I commuted to work.)
