Charlie Daniels has been playing at left-back for Bournemouth but he can play further forward.Another left-back Ian Harte was also at the club last season but he is no longer there.Mings was actually recommended to Ipswich by Russell Osman when the player was playing for Chippenham Town.

I feel we should be looking at Mings. I do think Soure will become very good as he was showing towards the end of last season but signing Mings would put some fierce competition to get that left back slot which could only be healthy

We don't need to be spending £8m on a left back, I'd be surprised Bournemouth are.

Surely a more established PL club will come in for him, though I'm not sure we would splash out £8m on him. With home grown players being a hot topic amongst top clubs, this would help ease their quotas.
