Warmer and likely safer.The Mail estimated in 2011 it cost £359 to keep someone in custody for 8 hours.Cheaper to put people in a hostel when they are sleeping rough on the streets than in a cell.

You have you say, and they are entitled to change the law, because they have rights (blah blahhh) These people have nothing. I think you'll see that I specifically attacked society for criminalising the homeless and being uncaring. That's why I created the thread in the first place. Yes, it's nice to be in the warm, no it's not nice to be rejected from society completely just because you're on the streets.
