Sugar has quit the Labour Party! Not left wing enough for him I guess. Perhaps he will join the Scottish National Socialists.

But will keep his place in the House of Lords.

Another fine decision you made there Gordon.

Didn't know he was in the Labour Party. Isn't he a bit of a contradiction? A ruthless capitalist Socialist?

He has just as much a right to be there as all the other unelected Lords!

I see he is now non-affiliated. Anyone know what the difference between that and a cross-bench Lord?

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

What's the odds on Mr Sugar being a conservative in the future. The blokes an egocentric, overhyped c**t of the highest order.

So ideally set up for life as a politician, I wonder Mr Martin was he all of that stuff while he was a supporter of the Labour party (bothe vocally and financially).

Not sure if you're joking there but think his stance was right i.e. wait till the election has happened before he made an announcement.

I've had an issue with him since the Amstrad home computer and his association with Chelsea. The whole Apprentice thing and Lord Sugar is just a new reason to hate the c**t. That and he has a face that's constructed from melted rancid butter.
