There are so many. But off the top of my head... The great Liverpool comeback in the game of the season. Securing safety for certain after the win over West Ham. Tony Pulis coming to the club - I just knew he would keep us up (but not 11th!). Dwight Gayle's last-minute worldy for a rare away win at Aston Villa. January transfer deadline day - those signings on a frenetic evening were excellent and key to our survival. Edited by Penge Eagle (13 May 2014 11.01pm)

The Bannan late goal away at Hull after Yala had been wrongly sent off. For me this was the moment the season turned around and Keith Millen essentially said to Pulis, all yours now. The rest is history.

Celebrating like we had won the league after drawing 0-0 with Everton after 7 defeats on the bounce. Was that even the same team?

I particularly enjoyed SOK's goal against Sunderland. At the time it might have been as good as it was gonna get.

Gayle's last second goal vs Villa which was a much needed 3pts, I went absolute nuts.

So many! Seeing Murray back, Gayle and some of his goals, Jerome scoring the 3rd at Goodison to mention a few. But the big one for me has to be Bannan scoring the winner at Hull after Bolasie was wrongfully red carded.

Beating Everton was awesome, beating Chelsea was better, but I've never felt as good as when that equaliser went in against Liverpool.

Personally enjoyed LIverpool away, despite the relatively quiet palace fans and 3-0 down after about 20 mins, just being around such a historic ground of a massive club felt great. Was almost my first away game of the season All our hard work from the season before had paid off - we deserved to be here at some of the biggest stages of world football

Fulham beating us 4-1. What a different season we would have had if we had won.

There's so many great moments that it's hard to pick just one. So here goes: The appointment of Tony Pulis - I knew he would keep us up. Crystanbul - Denying Liverpool the league title was made all the more sweeter by Suarez's tears at the final whistle. Gayle's 90th minute screamer at Aston Villa - made Boxing Day all the more enjoyable. Beating Chelsea - Never thought everybody's favourite racist would help us out with an own goal Doing the double over Cardiff - It felt good to shut them up after the painful memories of the League Cup semi-final in 2012.
"Look at that. Accident blackspot? These aren't accidents! They're throwing themselves into the road gladly! Throwing themselves into the road to escape all this hideousness!" |
