I would like to have seen some of the other fringe players given a run-out - maybe also a few youngsters.

Presumably Johnny Williams was available.

Is Moxey injured? He seems to have dropped off the radar.

Likewise Baz Bannan who many were clamouring to see included in the line-up earlier in the season before results started going our way.

Probably a good move to play Wayne Hennessy - it's introduced him to the fans.

Why? Moxey and Wilbraham are miles off being Premiership standard, and neither Bannan nor Williams really fit our current system. A massive clear out is needed this summer.

Moxey just isn't up to it.

As for Bannan he was a fan favourite under Holloway, seemed the only one putting a real shift in (other than the usual characters Jedi, Ward, Jules). Great dead ball delivery too. It's a shame but he just doesn't fit into the side.

Bannon hasn't fit into a lot of sides, so Palace isn't unusual in that regard, but I did appreciate his effort though.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Strange - I thought he fitted in well and was surprised he didn't get more opportunities.

Barry could still fit in so long as we don't 1) play 3 holding midfielders and 2) we have a forward who can link play ie a Chamakh or similar rather than a Cameron Jerome

Ha ha, it makes me laugh, I said when Holloway was at the club and Moxey was first choice I was worried about Moxey at left back and didn't think he was up to it. Loads of people came on here and said I didn't know what I was talking about and that he was playing fantastic. Now Pulis has come in and dropped him, it's obvious to an idiot we are a ten times better team without him in it and suddenly only now he 'isn't up to it'!

Perhaps you should have applied for the Managers job at the time. Then again...

Wouldn't want it to be honest with you Bexley and no of course I don't think I know as much or even close to our manager.
Just pointing out how some people on here really think their own opinion is not only all that counts but also that they are always right.
I like Moxey. In the Championship he was first choice and rightly so. In the Prem I still liked his effort, just worried about the lack of anticipation and the constant diving in on opposition players. He was one step behind the play all the time. Ok he did always bust a gut to catch up but I felt he was becoming a liability. I said that at the time and was shot down for it. By quite a few at the time too. Its just amusing that suddenly everyone seems to be in agreement Moxey should be moved on this summer since Pulis has dropped him.

I would like to see Bannan stay as he was playing very good before he got dropped and he is one of the few with a good delivery from set pieces. If Pulis can find a way to fit him into the equation then would like to see him play more. Unfortunately this is more than likely not going to happen. Moxey can go imo. He did work hard but just not up to it imo and there were times were he didn't bust a gut to get back after going forward which hurt the shape of the team.
