Its so nice to have a manager that talks sense in the media and is 100% professional. He is meticulous in his planning and preparation for games and knows how to get players playing for him and the team. He is also ruthless when he needs to be and takes no prisoners. A player I know cannot speak highly enough of Pulis and his team.

The way he has dealt with players has been good too, you get the sense that everyone knows there place and everyone is working towards something, whether you are out on loan or sat on the bench. The way he brushed aside comments Cameron Jerome made about him (stirred up by the media) was also drama free. Have Wales ever expressed interest in him managing them?

Hard to believe isn't it that by this coming November there will no doubt be a few calling for his head if we are 3rd from bottom and not playing quite as well as we have been recently. Having said that - if he has bought 5 quality players and we are playing sh1te I will be one of them
