During the time Chamakh was injured, Ledley played just behind Jerome and played the role very well. In my view Jerome plays a vital role in closing down, holding up play and generally keeping the opposition defense busy. So I would continue to play him even though he is not scoring. With Chamakh now back, I wonder if Pulis will pick him or keep him on bench or whether Ledley will play in another position. If so, who will he replace. Most logical option would be to stick to winning team and keep Chamakh on bench or would it be to rotate as we have mid week match coming against Everton ?

Keep the same team and get a win. If Fulham lose and other results go our way it really does not matter who we pick for the Everton game or any of the other remaining games this season.

Take KG out (I know he has had some good games recently) and put Ledley in his place. Then put Chamakh in just behind Jerome. That would be the best option. If we are trailing behing Ledley can be less defensive and attack a little more

Tony (Mr Pulis) will without a shadow of doubt continue with the same line up for Villa, if all players are fit and available.

That is good but TP will stick with a winning team who have done everything asked of them. Gayle will have to bide his time.

Has scored in the U21, has scored against Villa already, is now fully fit, and......Vills are down and out. This is the time.

Yes, we've had some great results in the last couple of games, however Chamakh's cameo on Saturday against Cardiff highlighted his obvious quality. He is a cut above most of the players in our squad and I'd be surprised if he was left out. Sure, there is the old adage about not changing a winning team, however I think you can make exceptions when it massively improves the line-up. Not putting Chamakh straight back in for the Cardiff game made sense (not rushing him back and easing him in with a substitute appearance after an injury layoff) however no real excuse for leaving him out now.

As much as I want Cham in the side I say stick with the same team, would be harsh on anyone to be dropped right now.....at least we have Cham and Gayle to come on if and when needed.....Would be great to get a few results the next few games and then get the likes of Gayle some game time.
