Everyone is saying well done to Tony Pulis and Dave Kemp and it seems like everyone has forgot that Keith Millen is also behind the scenes and started the whole move up the league.

He was one of Ollie's men and could have left us for pastures new but stayed on as one of TP's guys and I think that he's a massive part of what we have achieved.

TP is the front man yes and he's done fantastic and got them organised, imagine if we had a proper striker who could score like Rhodes.

With the 3 guys at the helm next year and a forward being prime position, we can only be looking up for sure.

Agree he has worked hard behind the scenes but that four games was huge for us and the away win at hull was massive. Credit to everyone but as pulis is the captain of this ship he takes all the plaudits.

He does deserve a lot of credit. I think he started making us far more strong defensively.

Actually it was while Keith Millen was managing us that the results started to turn around, so he deserves far more praise than he gets.

Taking the bungy jump since 1964. Never to see John Jackson in a shirt again

Sorry to see Lee Hills go, did we ever see Alex Marrow? We did January 2013

Millen was in charge for 4 games with the following record : W1 D1 L2.
His last game in charge ended with our excellent 1-0 win at Hull.
I am sure he is doing an excellent job behind the scenes at the present time.

This is something I have been saying for some time,Millen was already tightening defence when Pulis arrived, but, also playing some nice football. Not a big enough name I suppose

Yes he deserves some credit definitely but I don't think he is getting less credit then he deserves at present.

He's not forgotten but he is not the top man so won't get headlines, assuming we stay up then he will get some of the credit.
