Well he's obviously got a good judge of character and knows he's peers well. I agree with him and he also realises we have the best fans in the league. Not that he's stating the obvious. Little bit of respect for Mourinho for this

If Liverpool don't win the league then he should get it. (If we stay up)

Always liked Mourinho.

I believe TP commented on the class of the man after he popped in to say well done to the team after the match.

Well, TP is doing a tremendous job, but let's be fair; Gus Poyet (yes, him) isn't doing badly either. Took Sunderland to one Cup final, lost in quarterfinal FA Cup and are on the brink to drag Sunderland into safety. If both teams survive I think GP (deservedly) nick it.

I very much doubt if there is any body else who would pop into our dressing room to say well done. The guy has got class and we should all respect him for it because there ain't much class prevailing in British football. May this be a lesson for Big Sam!.

Difficult to know what the criteria for being the best manager is. Is it winning things with expensive players or not losing too often with 'ordinary' sorts? I suppose every team, if they not befallen to great misfortune, can claim as season best manager. What's been achieved at West Ham and Hull or what Chris Hughton has had to endure is deserving of something. And if David Moyes (even) completes a season take-over from a legend, well that's worth a mention. I think a season award for worse achievement when better would (should)have been possible. Read Wenger and one or two others.

I'd go with resurrecting a team written off as dead and buried. If he keeps us up, he'll have achieved something incredible.

Can't argue with that.

Jose is a class act. He was right to speak to the ball boy yesterday and he did it the right way as well, so no complaints there. He is very respectful of the Palace fans and only had good things to say about Palace's desire and commitment. I think he would like to see more of it in his own players.

Rodgers
Bruce
Pulis

Also worth a mention is Hughes, he's gone in and transformed Stoke and got them away from relegation at the same time, a very had task.
