I just have to say that it really is time for Steve P and the board to back Tony Pulis in the transfer window,Tony said that these few weeks would be crutial in order for him to be able to build up a squad that will give us a chance of staying up.

With the amount of money that would be available if we did stay up,we need to gamble and sign the right type of players with Premiership Quality to enable this Dream to become a reality.

Tony Pulis and his Staff are doing a fantastic job and have put the club in with a chance of achieving this 16th in the league now is the time to back him,we can't let this great manager go!!!

according to the Sunday People he is ready to walk out after being fustrated with the lack of support he is getting from the board regards to the players he wanted because they where on to much money.I just hope he does stay till the end of the season at least.

I'm Not stirring up the natives, but I am a passionate Palace fan and have been for 40 years and just want what's best for the club and for us fans, after all without us we don't have a club.

I have been through good times and bad times and can see just how good things could be, if only we spent some money, in life you have to speculate to accumulate, spend well and we've a good chance of Staying in the Premier League, and we can then reap the rewards.

The second part of this post is spot on but we have a *budget (Championship) by the sounds of it and they won't break it.

We ain't in the bottom 3 and around 10 teams can still go down but they won't gamble even tho we have a great chance of doing what we ain't done before.

No point starting a new thread stating the obvious tho, it's been done to death on loads of others already.

I back the board.

For the numerous reasons I've already posted on here.

To be honest I find some of the statements on this site utterly idiotic and show no understanding of either football or Palace.

Everyone deserves an opinion but those who are so quick to preach at SP and the chaps are living in a different planet.

The Premier League defo brings the worst out of supporters; this absolute desperation to stay in the promised land; fxck principles, fxck strategy, fxck the clubs infrastructure, fxck the people who saved us and put proper seats in the Main Stand.

They've been about as useful as, well, Lombardo's barber so far this month...

If you believe that you'll believe anything? The words head, buried and sand spring to mind. Of course it may not be true what four national Sunday newspapers have reported this morning but there is always the possibility they must just know a little bit more about it than you. I'm concerned because if we sign no one I honestly think Pulis will walk

If I posted this there would be accusations that I was a front for CPFC2010 !

Certainly the general sentiments struck a chord with me but I can appreciate the counter-argument of the club giving it a right go to survive in the 'Promised land'.

I think CPFC2010 might need 'Tin helmets' on if there are no acquisitions in the 'Transfer window' and lets just say that the repercussions could be significant.
