Does anyone know if Barry Bannan is in the TP dog house for any reason or if he is simply not getting in the starting eleven?

Pulis likes playing wingers, Bannan is not a winger. And Jedi Ward and Adlene forming a class midfield from what I saw today. It's very hard for him to get in the team.

Someone suggested today that there is a clause in his contract where if he makes a certain amount of appearances then there is a financial reward either to him or villa..... Can anyone tell me how many appearances , starting, and/or coming on as a sub he has made?

Pulis favours power and height hence why ward has been moved to midfield and guedioura has been preferred to gayle. He knows what this league is all about, it's very physical and it's about imposing yourself so you have a platform to get results. It's working. Unfortunately Bannan doesn't fit that at the moment and pulis rightly favours the team over individuals

Am not sure if it was true that Bannon was carrying a knock after the Norwich game. It does seem strange if he is fit that he is not playing as he was playing really well and for me is better than Williams at the minute.
