My friend who was captain of Chelsea reserves in the 70s was at the club at the same time as Bason. My friend also knows Ray Wilkins as they were at Chelsea together. My friend when to play for the first team at both Wimbledon and QPR before ending up at Wealdstone where he played with both Stuart Pearce and Vinny Jones.
