I don't think you should be discrinatory on the basis of spelling ability.

Discrimination takes many forms and race is only one of them, anti discrimination laws are much broader. They prvent discrimination on any of the following:

discrimination on the basis of race, color, religious creed, age, sex, marital status, national origin, ancestry, present or past history of mental disorder, mental retardation, learning disability or physical disability and sexual orientation.

So discriminating against the welsh would be illegal because they fit into the following categories

1. National origin (though not technically a nation)
2. Ancestry, depends on your forfathers really.
3. Mental Retardation, yes the Welsh qualify.
4. Sexual orientation, yes sheep shaggers.
