You stupid pieces of dumb-arse shyte who think it's somehow great to allow unlimited numbers of foreign scroungers into this country - I want to bestow the reality on you and send the whole feckin lot of them to you, in your stupid, brain-dead, piss-poor neighbourhood. I hope you do all get mugged, raped and buggered in Bromley soon, and then you might finally realise exactly what it is your lamentable spastic attitudes have wrought for us as a country. That's pretty racist. Should have been purged in the great 'Ozziebob' purge. Review the thread for additional racists. Unfortunately never banned.
At least your response implies agreement, otherwise there would have been nothing to pick up.

I don't wish to say what I currently do or be drawn further into what I've done previously but I have had considerable experience of the immigration sector. I've read all this thread and the split in views I have heard are very representational of those I've come across before. Talking specifically about refugees, it does annoy me when those say "keep them all out". True I have seen many who have no rightful claim for asylum and the government should do more to remove them but it is not as easy as marching someone straight to the airport and putting them on a plane as one or two have suggested. I have also seen a number of very genuine refugees. These include those who've experienced things like watching close family members killed in front of them and been subjected to repeated physical and sexual abuse. The UK has long had international obligations to provide protection to genuine refugees as have most other first world countries. As for those who comment on other systems like Australia you may be interested to learn that the likes of Australia and the USA take in many thousands of refugees every year. They are not "anti-refugee" by any means. One of their main methods is to take refugees direct from UN camps and have employed such systems for well over 20 years. The UK has only just started such a similar scheme albeit with much smaller numbers. Crime has increased through immigration and it would be foolish to think otherwise. A lot of this is tough to combat though, individuals involved often arrive clandestinely in the back of a lorry or arrive on high quality forged passports that are difficult to pick up. Once here they can disappear for years. I don't have a magic answer except to say to resource those combatting such criminality as far as possible. My personal views on immigration I think are fairly neutral, the one thing I would finish by saying is to echo Tome's sentiments. Please don't believe everything you read in the Mail and the Express on immigration. They are almost always sensationalistic and often inaccurate.

If we are serious about reducing the numbers of economic migrants then we have to stop the legal gravy train, get out of Europe and get our right to govern ourselves back.
