Hi, does anyone know exactly how the away ticket ballot works? I have a gold membership and the box office told me I would be able to enter for 2-4 tickets depending on the game. When entering the away ticket ballot for the Chelsea game, it asks to assign tickets to people. Do the assignees have to be members / have enough points also?
