Maybe more an ensemble actor than a leading man; he was fun in Kelly's Heroes and The Dirty Dozen. MASH and Klute were good in their day and Don't Look Now was a good, if slightly baffling, film.

RIP.

I saw it again recently, and quite frankly, I thought it was a load of crap. Hasn't aged well.
Though, Sutherland makes anything he was in better.

Funny in 'Space Cowboys'. Unintentionally funny in 'Lock Up'.

I saw it when it came out in a double bill with The Wicker Man. That was a fun night out.
I've seen it since and still don't understand it. Julie Christie was nice though.

That is still a powerful film. Great ending. Unlike the remake, which was hilariously bad.

MASH was a big hit for Sutherland but another movie that is of it's time. I saw it recently it isn't very funny, however the TV series I have seen countless times and it still makes me laugh.

The film was a masterpiece of bad accents. Robert Duvals German was a prize winner!

Donald Sunderland was very good in 3 of my favourite films. MASH, Klute but above all Don't Look Now.
