Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

If you go to your CPFC website, tickets, click as though your going to see what game tickets are available / buy a game ticket, that signs you in to the inner sanctum, then you can see the view my account info / cashback options -

Personally I am just going to let it ride ( take the value against next years season ticket) but if anyone from the club is reading this:

a)Could be easier to find.
b)Could also link it to the account where perhaps you could buy merchandise with the credited money ?
