If so, what was the question?

Who is the non scoring centre forward on our books who is currently on loan?

I wonder how hard Leicester have tried to keep him?

Just looked at the fans site they are good riddance or ambivalent. One of the complaints they aired is that he is not a good presser without the ball and can be lazy.

He just doesn't seem the Glasner type and appears to have the same faults as Eddie.

Don't know what to make of this one. Quite recently not many were raving about Mateta either - maybe OG can work his magic again. If the choice is him on a free or Nketiah for £? m he's worth a shot.
Unless Dougie has another bargain in his sights.

We should stop looking at other teams rejects and keep looking for young players with potential, as we have done quite successfully over the last few seasons.

Quite agree.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

It takes a blend of youth, experience, elite and workmanlike players to blend a squad. If you can squeeze £10-20M out of Edouard and replace him with Iheanacho for free then works in my book.

5m is enough, add his 5m wages for next year and its 10m

Tbh I'm a lot more relaxed now that Glasner has come in. Edouard is a proven goal scorer in the PL and before he got injured was the starter striker. What we know about Dougie is that he has a great eye for players and no doubt has a shortlist. Also we have ola Adebome and Victor Akinwale coming through at under 21 level. Not saying they could be thrown straight in but in a couple of years might merit a place in the first team squad?

Are we not expecting to pay his replacement any wages then?!

and that's why he won't leave - no other club will pay his high wages. Rumours that he will return to Celtic are way off, i think Celtic usually pay c £30k a week so OE won't be taking a pay cut.

As a bosman in 12 months i suspect there will be a few takers.
