One would expect someone of the 'centre right' to now and again express centre right views.

I do. I am fiscally conservative but socially liberal. I believe in a balanced budget and limited debt, hard work and rewarding enterprise and not laziness.

Of course some only read what they want to read. Those pesky biases tend to cloud vision.

Nothing in what you post exhibits this. People only have to look at what is in front of their noses to judge what you are.
