I usually pay for my son who is on the F&F list, that is still there but could not establish how to pay for him. So a bank transfer and he did it. Why is everything so complicated

I tried to add to the F&F list but if I do that then only I can manage the account (whatever that means)
Its better that is done by my son for his kids as I don't often do away games
So on to the box office for the next hurdle to jump over
Its starts me off with my position as 9 in the queue, then it went to 10 in the queue. You really couldn't make it up
I'm currently back to 9, 18mins in I'm back to 8.

I went down to Club shop as I wasn’t getting the ‘family price’ through online ticket site.
Resolved in a couple of minutes by a helpful box office staff member.

A warning to anyone who still takes the physical plastic season ticket. When you renew Don’t just assume you will receive it for next season , you need to contact the box office, they then send you a link for a simple form that must be returned by july 1st

As a luddite , I will go to the box office and let them sort my ticket out .
They are always very helpful and friendly .

In terms of technology, our club is barely League Two.
But in terms of helpful and friendly in-person, we're champions of Europe.

I'm easily frightened on the subject of season tickets. Are you saying that if I go and renew at the box office (as I will) I'll have to contact them again before 30th June to make sure I receive my plastic card?

If you go to the box office and request a plastic season ticket, they’ll give you a form to complete there and then, just stating your details and reason why you want one. I have read that they will email their decision at a later date(if your reason is acceptable or not), but don’t know personally if this is true.

I've returned the form, my reason being I don't have a smart phone
I do but on the other hand I've never had a plastic card with "no battery"
Cards are just a better system, but they are less easy to pass to other people
All my son does if I want to get the kids in is put the QR on whatsapp
