I'd love to think we were doing something out of pure spite just to disaffect Charlton but it's surely insane to suggest we'd ever prioritise their commercial interests over our own.

Maybe Charlie Methven running to the press & throwing accusations around as to who is responsible for the delay is some indication of just how cash strapped Charlton are & in need of some clarification of what deal they are going to get (if any) & how its going to be structured

The lower league clubs get all the benefit they deserve when they sell their players at a premium to Premier league clubs that take a chance on them .

How man millions have we ourselves given away based on potential that vanished before the ink was dry
