what are your thoughts on the ethics here ? personally, well maybe its ok ? if we are also jailing extremists on the other side of the political divide, equally. On the one hand, we can decry him for having a poster of Hitler - certainly a hateful offensive image. But the History Channel are beaming images of Hitler into our living rooms every week. Do we jail them also ? Incitement to violence is clearly unethical. How about when a politician foments a war ? or when an ancient Holy text tells people to kill or otherwise mutilate ? or when an 'at risk' prisoner is dropped into a prison full of those likely to attack him. And the Anjem Choudary types ? Choudary did do jailtime also for fomenting violence. So maybe there is balance in our legal system. There was a good reason to separate IRA and UVF prisoners during 'the Troubles'. Will this sticker-extremist be getting out of prison alive ? Edited by PalazioVecchio (05 Mar 2024 12.44pm)

It's not illegal in this country to have Nazi memorabilia, including pictures of Hitler. It is in Germany. Not sure why you'd want a picture of that t*** apart from for darts practice, but there it is. They used to sell German army helmets etc in shops years back. No one seemed that bothered back then If you are trying to incite violence or disorder then you are liable to get nicked. Racist material is also against the law. We all know that far right extremists get more attention than far Left loons.
