I would imagine that Burnley, Luton & Forest all wake up, check the news outlets in the hope that Everton go into administration & immediately get another points deduction.

Of course there are still profit & sustainability proceedings going on with Forest & Everton (Appeals & details to clarify) so nothing is sure until they are completed but at the moment it dosent feel like any of those will be severe enough to have points deductions of the amount required to save either Burnley or Luton.

I think Burnley recognise what they are & how unattractive a proposition they are to any prospective managerial candidates available - if Burnley seriously thought that they could do better they probably would have cut ties with Vincent Kompany during December when it was obvious that every game until the end of the season was going to be part of a relegation struggle that might not end well -

He got them promoted & he has stayed with them throughout this season when in all probability he would likely have had opportunities to jump ship -

Its my opinion that the club will decide to continue with him in the hope that he can get them promoted again & he will stay until a really decent job comes along, possibly as part of a domino effect caused by Guardiola leaving city.

In any event it will be interesting to see what happens.
