Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

its almost as if the prisons & mental hospitals of the Third World have been emptied out into Western Europe. Part of Vlad Putin's plan to finish off NATO. Economic & Demographic warfare. No need for any Russian boots on the ground. It reminds me of when the Dams in the Netherlands were targeted in WWII. Identify the enemy's weakness and simply target that.
