"THE shocking moment a mobility scooter driver ran down a man in what was said to be a row over a pasty has been caught on camera. The scenes unfolded on the streets of Devon yesterday, with horrified onlookers forced to intervene." (The Sun 14.12.23) So ugly street crime has now spread as far as rural areas. A row in Devon, ironically over a Cornish Pasty, left a few people injured.

i recall being in a touristy part of Spain. There was a massive bingo hall , full of elderly Brits. And next door, a massive knocking-shop....seemed to be staffed by an entirely African work-force. and a hundred mobility scooters parked in front of both.
