I have been able to access all my test results online for several years.

Only last week I had a blood test at 10 am in my local surgery and before 1 pm the same day was advised by text that the results were available to view. The analysis was done in the hospital.

I logged in and found, for the first time in several years, my PSA had gone down.

Getting them this quickly is very reassuring.

You see, this is how it happens in Cornwall folks. So backed up with long lists of waiting patients, dying in the corridors of A&E, cancer patients being fobbed off, joint operations being cancelled... Oh hang on... my prostate test gets couriered through special delivery in 3 hours!

I won’t know until after at least two more tests but it is probably just a blip, which apparently can happen.

Better this though than an overly high result.
