With it being World Mental Health Day, I thought I would post a link to this rather poignant video, released by NCFC. Times are certainly tough for many at the moment, to put it lightly. Remember to check in on those around you.

as a complete nutter myself, i welcome the new openness & honesty with which the World deals with mental health. it's gone from a taboo subject, to open honesty. A fella like Alan Partridge describing in great detail the time he went mad.. to all his listeners on North Norfolk Radio.

Work insisted we attend a ‘Positive thinking’ session that day. It was sh!t. Knew it would be too.
